•The conference will be held in the international conference rooms inside the EECS Building, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. •To reach Hsinchu from CKS International Airport, the most convenient way for non-Chinese speakers is by taking taxi. The driving time is around 40 minutes if there is no traffic jam. Usually it takes longer than 40 minutes. A taxi will cost around NT$1,200. There are also buses from airport to Hsinchu. A ticket will cost around NT$150. Information for ground transportation is available in the airport.
